Tide purclean {Powerful, affordable, plant-based laundry detergent}

Loads and loads of laundry pile up at our house from our three kids, three cats, and one pup who are always getting dirty and making big messes. I need to have powerful laundry detergent that is both good for my family and gets the clothes CLEAN – which is why I love Tide purclean! I always rely on the power of Tide, it is my favorite laundry detergent. However, I am always searching for better products for my home and family and recently I have been on the lookout for a good, plant-based laundry detergent that still gets the laundry clean. When I found an incredible new product at my local Safeway – Tide purclean – I couldn’t believe it! My favorite brand of laundry detergent available in a plant-based formula?! YES, PLEASE!

I chose Tide purclean Unscented to try out, but I also want to go back for the Honey Lavender scent on my next trip to Safeway (the scent sounds amazing!). There are several reasons I was so excited to find this product from Tide. I like to know the products that I use for my home and family are both safe and effective – I don’t want to compromise cleanliness when I select a natural option, but the safer the products are for my home, the happier I am! Tide purclean is actually the first plant-based detergent that still cleans with the power of Tide. It is 70% plant-based and is certified by the USDA BioPrefered program. I wanted to know more about what plant-based products actually contain, and I found that plant-based products contain ingredients from plant, marine, forestry and other agricultural sources, and provide a renewable alternative to petroleum-based ingredients. I love the fact that that not only is Tide purclean made from plant-based materials, but that the manufacturing of this product is clean – it’s produced at a facility that uses 100% renewable wind electricity and is zero manufacturing waste to landfill!

Ok, so Tide purclean is awesome! I had to test out the cleaning power though to be sure this would be a product I could use for my home.

The first load I did was a pile of white towels, dirty from the muddy dog and dingy from cleaning the house. Towels are usually the dirtiest load of laundry I do, and I have to wash them multiple times a week!

The results were in: Tide purclean WORKS. These folded towels were actually washed with Tide purclean, and though they went in muddy and dingy, they came out fresh and clean! Tide purclean definitely has the cleaning power of Tide, that I trust. It also includes safer ingredients I have been looking for.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Tide purclean. Before, I did not think I could find an affordable natural detergent that cleaned effectively and smelled so good. I also love that it is gentle enough that it doesn’t bother my daughters’ sensitive skin. My daughters’ clothes look and smell great without all the harsh chemicals, thanks to Tide purclean. I can’t wait to try the Honey Lavender Scent next!
