Steele Canvas {Quality laundry carts for the home}
Steele Canvas carts have been used for over 90 years in industrial settings to cart the biggest and coolest stuff around, from everyday construction materials and industrial laundry loads to giant Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. You have most likely seen one of these quality, USA made carts at least once (and probably many times) before. But did you know they produce household size carts in several sizes and options, too? Yep-that’s right, industrial quality laundry carts for your home, to make everyday laundry carting so much easier!
For our family of 5 plus pets, I easily do 7-10 loads of laundry per week. My husband works construction, so he has tons of laundry, my kids are super active outdoors and messy eaters, everyone takes way to many showers and the animals make messes…. so everything gets dirty and I have to clean it. I don’t always get to fold the clean laundry right away (ok so I never do really!) so I end up with piles of clean clothing heaped onto the hallway floor outside of our tiny laundry room. I really needed something else to help me keep the clean clothes clean until I could put them away. Steele Canvas laundry carts were the answer!
I have the Canvas Elevated Truck – Permanent Style 3 Bu, and absolutely LOVE everything about this cart. Its neutral- and looks nice sitting around the house, and its extremely durable, so I know it will last the years and years and loads and loads of laundry ahead of us. Look how strong and thick the canvas is, and the quality construction of every part of the cart!
The carts roll so nicely, so I can fill it to the brim and leave it wherever I need to until its time to fold. And when its time to fold, the elevation is perfect to pull up next to the couch or my bed. I can sit and fold without having to dump it anywhere! I can go straight from the cart to folding, then put everything away.
The size is easily large enough to hold 2-4 loads of laundry (depending on how big of a load). The divider comes in so handy as well since I like to wash my towels separate from our clothing and once clean if I need to get to the towels first they won’t be buried under the clothing!
It also really looks lovely, with the neutral cream canvas and grey rim. It looks nice sitting in a room rather than an eyesore like most laundry baskets!
And I can roll it here there and everywhere!
I like this size because its small enough to fit in a nook of any room, yet large enough to hold a few days of laundry until I have time to put it away. You can, however, order bigger or smaller size carts, customize with or without dividers, choose from a variety of shapes, and even customize the color of the vinyl rim. Carts are made to order, so you can customize the perfect laundry cart for your home. Steele Canvas stands by their product, so they guarantee the quality or send it back. Check them out, I definitely think these carts are a must have for every home!
And until 7/23 you can save 15% on my 3 bu cart with code “rain&pine” when you shop their website here!

We are a empty-nest family of two – we probably go through 3 – 4 loads of washing a week. We would love to have a Steele cart. It would be great to roll the cart around from room to to the laundry room to outside, hanging up the clothes!
Laura
Love the look of these!! I’ve been obsessing over them for a few months 😍😍 there’s only 3 of us but I do at least a couple loads a day it seems!!

Family of 8…we run 10-15 loads weekly! Fortunately I have taught my kids how to help every step of the way!

With a 7 month old baby, 2 black labs, and my husband I easily do about 7 loads of laundry a week! This is adorable. We just moved to a new house and I’ve been looking for the perfect hamper to add to my laundry room. AND it’s big! Necessary. 🙂
Jenna
We have 6 kids and a large capacity washer/dryer, so we do about 8-10 loads a week. These carts are amazing!
Hannah
It’s just my son and I and i think I probably do 4-5 loads a week. Unless we have pee accidents in the night, it’s more. 🤷🏼♀️
Jaime
Depends on how productive I am 🤦🏻♀️ I’d say about 6 loads

With 3 furry animals, a baby, and two adults we do at least 8 loads of laundry a week. Close to 10 if time is one my side and I can get to it all!
Suzanne
It’s just me, my husband, and my 3 yr old son and I easily do 8 loads a week! Can we have a moment of silence for the 5 minutes the hamper is empty? Haha but seriously I just put the laundry in a tote bag at this point bc transporting it in a cheap laundry basket is too difficult.
Haley
Including clothes, Linens and towels I easily do 10 loads a week for our family. With the youngest going in cloth diapers in the next few weeks it will be a lot more than that!

5 kids a week
Karen
Only 5-6 small loads. My children have all flown away. 😏
Cindy
We’re just a family of two and a 70 lb yellow lab. I’d say on an average we do 5+ loads of laundry a week. Lots of hair from the dog and I love to crawl into a bed with fresh sheets so I wash our bedding often.
These carts are amazing!!

As a family of five we do 8-10 a week 😬 at least! It’s my least favorite thing to do 🙈
Crystal
We are a family of 6 and do at 6-8 loads a week. I do 2-4 during the week so it doesn’t pile up for the weekend.
Corrie
Family of 4 with 2 little boys. 4-5 loads per week!

Shannon
We are empty nesters so there are only two humans, but we have three rescue dogs! 😆 I do about 7-8 loads a week, including dog laundry! 😂
Liz
I probably do 7, which wouldn’t be horrible if I did a load each day, but I save it allllllll for the weekend.
Ashley
5-6 per week!
Angie
OMG I can relate to everything you said in the beginning!! My husband does construction work too, I have two boys that are full of energy and do sports and change clothes constantly from sweating or swimming or playing in the mud. I also have 3 cats and a large 120 lb black lab and hair on things drives me crazy so I am constantly washing covers etc. I would say on average I wash at a minimum 10 loads a week. It’s a lot of washing and folding but it makes me feel better. I would love this cart 🛒 because I now have to stand in my small laundry room and fold because I like to fold them when they are warm.
Heidi
Lovely cart! I do 8-10 loads a week for our family of 4.
Danielle
With a family of 2 adults, a toddler and a baby, we do about 5-6 loads of laundry a week. Having this cart would make it so easy to roll around the house collecting all the clothes that didn’t make it into baskets! (I’m looking at you husband and toddler!!)
Gwen
This looks exactly like something I need! I typically do 10-12 loads of laundry a week.
Evy
I have four little boys so I can only imagine how much laundry we’ll have as they grow and their clothes get bigger, but right now we’re at 5 loads.

We do from 8 to 10 loads of laundry a week! I clean houses (for my j.o.b.) & my husband is in construction & my son is in SPORTS! Currently cross country season…
Our daughter is working at camp, so ya know on that day off we have a good stinky load or two from her as well!
Therese Callahan

Natalie Pearson
Between the hubs and I and our two teen girls I probably do 7-8 loads of laundry per week. This laundry cart would be amazing!! Not to mention it’s also appealing to the eye which makes doing laundry a bit more bearable!
Sarah Hood
I do a gazillion loads a week!!! Really like a 5 a week. We rent our home and we don’t have real babies yet, but we do have two fur babies that make messes just like real ones. Haha and between them and my hubby I feel like I am constantly washing.
Grayson
3 boys, a pup and living at the beach it’s endless towel laundry…. 8 loads a week at least😞
Laura
Atleast 5-10 loads depending on the baby!
Tisha Grindley
Wow, love this laundry cart. I really need this. When my 4 were all living home I used to do at least 2-3 loads a day. Now a days I do 3-4 a week. But, I think this laundry cart will be great for Chelan, when during the summer I do endless loads of laundry every week. Towels and sheets and clothes, oh no😀.

Love, love, LOVE Steele Canvas! Made in my home state of Massachusetts!
I do about 4 to 5 loads of laundry each week. The Steele Canvas 3 bu elevated truck would be so nice to have to wheel laundry around instead of lugging it everywhere!
Cynthia Karwick
Love the laundry basket and the fact that it is divided. I do around 5-6 loads of laundry a week.
Karen carrick
I am so in love with these carts! I do far less laundry these days than I used to because 3 of my four children are grown and gone. But I still do between 7 and 10 loads a week- with a teenager, a nurse and a hardworking husband! I love them most because they bring back such wonderful childhood memories when my grandfather used to let us play in the large ones he used in his dry cleaning business- we put miles and miles on them every Saturday and summers. I would love to have kept one of his when the business sold. They may have come from this company! Thanks for the opportunity to win one- I am hopeful.
Jamie Greenwood
Love Steele Canvas! My husband’s deployed right now so I have much less laundry than usual at the moment but with an 8 month old baby and a dog, I still manage about 5 loads per week!
Deeanna Esparza
I only have 1 little one, but she’s at the ripe toddler age of messes galore….. so I’d say I do an average of about 7 loads per week/1per day. I have a laundry room that I can barely turn around in, so a roll cart like yours would be so ideal!! I love it!! ❤️
Shannon
Love this! I do like 1-2 loads a day…so 8-14 loads a week. 😳 Insane.
Bree Turturro
I do about 8-10 loads of laundry a week. Between 2 small kids, my husband and myself. We both work and also exercise so I’m constantly doing laundry. This would make my life so much easier.

Since having back surgery 6 months ago. I have new restrictions on the way I carry on with my daily activities. This would be perfect to help me get the laundry done around here without waiting on someone to help me by carrying the laundry to and from the laundry room. 😊
Natasha J. Parker
I have been wanting one of these for a while now. I may be single but between working out and just working, not to mention having a dog, I probably do six loads of laundry a week or more!
Ali
With just having back surgery 6 months ago, and new restrictions on the way I have to do things around the house this would come in handy, since I run at least 2 loads per day.
Kathy
I have one of those super big washers and do about a load a day, so 6-7 loads a week.
Jamie
At least14 loads! 7 people in our family! 5 kids under 7 and living out in the country makes for LOTS OF LAUNDRY
Carmen
I absolutely LOVE this laundry cart! Between my son’s sports and swimming lessons, this summer I’ve been doing 5-6 loads of laundry per week! Having a large cart to haul everything back and forth would be a godsend!
